Council President Anjanette Scott has been a steadfast partner in progress and a driving force behind Penns Grove’s transformation. As a lifelong resident and dedicated public servant, she leads with strength, compassion, and vision.
Anjanette has worked side by side with me to bring real results — from revitalizing neighborhoods and improving infrastructure to supporting local youth and empowering women through community programs. Under her leadership as Council President, Penns Grove has seen stronger collaboration, accountability, and unity across every department.
Her unwavering commitment to fairness, transparency, and teamwork has helped move our Borough forward. As she seeks her second term on Borough Council, I’m proud to stand with Anjanette Scott — a leader who gets things done and keeps people first.

Councilwoman Tracy Marinaro brings compassion, dedication, and heart to everything she does. A retired teacher from the Penns Grove–Carneys Point Regional School District, Tracy has spent her life nurturing and inspiring the next generation — and she continues to do the same for our community.
Beyond her role on Council, Tracy is known for her hands-on service — often seen personally cleaning the streets of Penns Grove, picking up litter, and helping beautify our neighborhoods. She’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and lead by example.
Tracy’s deep community roots, tireless work ethic, and genuine care for residents have made her an essential part of our success in Penns Grove. As she runs for her second term, I’m proud to support a woman whose actions speak louder than words — Councilwoman Tracy Marinaro.
